Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally yet. Orders are made and dispatched by our print partners in the US, so there are no import duties.

How long it takes

• Printing: 2-5 business days. Nothing is pre-made. Your shirt is printed after you order it, which is why each design can drop at such a low price.
• Delivery: 3-5 business days after it ships, by a major US carrier.
• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Peak seasons, such as the weeks before the winter holidays, can add a few days.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Mixed orders are sometimes printed in two places and arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking. More on tracking an order.

Addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Orders go into production quickly, so we can only change the address within 2 hours of ordering. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will reship it once you confirm the address, and ask you to cover the shipping for the second attempt.

Late, lost or stolen packages

• If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or the package never arrives, contact us. We open a claim with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send you a replacement at no cost.
• If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors, your building mailroom and your local post office, then contact us within 30 days. We will work with the carrier to find it.
