Terms of service

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We currently sell and ship to addresses in the United States only.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. We may close accounts that break these terms.

3. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it on the order confirmation page and take payment.
• Every item is made to order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.
• You can cancel within 2 hours of ordering. After that your order is in production and cannot be canceled.

4. Prices and drops

• Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, and shipping are shown at checkout.
• A drop price applies only while that drop is live, as shown by the countdown. The price in your bag when you complete checkout is the price you pay. Drop prices are not applied to earlier or later orders.
• Encore votes are a way to tell us what you would like back. They do not guarantee that a design returns, or when. We may remove votes that look automated or abusive.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. You are charged when you place the order.

6. Shipping and risk

Delivery times are estimates, described in our shipping policy. If a package is lost or damaged before it reaches you, we replace it as described there.

7. Returns and replacements

Because items are made for you, we do not accept returns for size or change of mind. We replace or refund misprinted, defective, damaged or wrong items reported within 30 days of delivery, as set out in Returns and replacements. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Designs and content

All designs, artwork, text and images on this store belong to Wearzit or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the physical item, not the right to copy, resell or reproduce the design. You may share links and screenshots of the store for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Using the store

You agree not to:

• break the law or anyone else's rights while using the store;
• interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or overload it;
• use bots or scripts to buy, vote or scrape, or resell drop items in bulk;
• send messages that are abusive, fraudulent or spam.

10. Disclaimers

Product pictures are generated mockups; colors on screen and print placement can vary slightly from the finished garment. Except for what we promise in these terms and what the law does not allow us to exclude, the store and products are provided "as is", without other warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we are registered, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to fix the problem. You may also bring a claim in small claims court where you live, if it qualifies.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
