Track an order

1. 1Order placed

   You get an order reference on the confirmation page and in your email. Your card is charged once.

2. 2Printing

   Our US print partner makes your shirt to order. This takes 2-5 business days.

3. 3Shipped

   A tracking link is emailed to the address on your order the moment it leaves.

4. 4Delivered

   Usually 3-5 business days after it ships, so 5-9 business days in total.

Find your tracking

• Check your email. The shipping email with the tracking link is sent to the address you used at checkout. Look in spam or promotions too.
• Have an account? Every order, its status and tracking are under Your account, Orders.
• Checked out as a guest? Use the form above with your email and order reference, or open the link in any of our order emails.

When to get in touch

• No shipping email 7 business days after ordering.
• Tracking has not moved for 10 business days.
• Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived. Check with neighbors and your mailroom first.
